Community Sports Field

The Fusion Youth Activity and Technology Centre would like to create a sports field at its current location.

A new sports field would allow for both summer and winter activities for the youth in Ingersoll and the surrounding communities. During the spring, summer and fall seasons the sports field could be used for different sporting practices and events, day and summer camps, outdoor events such as music concerts or funfairs. In the winter a portion of the sports field would be converted into an outdoor skating rink that would be accessible to the community including schools and church groups. At this time there are no outdoor skating rinks in this area. This would fulfill a need in our community. The use of the skating rink would be free of charge.

The Fusion Youth Centre is dedicated to giving youth, between the ages of 12 - 19, of Ingersoll and area a supervised and safe place to hang out and learn. Approximately 80 - 100 youth visit The Fusion Youth Centre each day.
